Welcome to NAZBERG. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NAZBERG website, online store, products, services, and related features.
Throughout these Terms, “NAZBERG,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NAZBERG. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other person who accesses or uses our website or services.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
By using our website or purchasing from NAZBERG, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services when reasonably necessary to protect NAZBERG, our customers, service providers, or other parties.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colors, dimensions, availability, and other information.
However, product appearance may vary slightly because of factors including screen settings, manufacturing variations, packaging changes, product updates, photography, and differences between production batches.
Measurements may also have reasonable manufacturing or measurement tolerances.
We do not guarantee that every photograph, color, measurement, description, or other product representation will be perfectly identical to the item received.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is materially different from its description or where applicable consumer law provides additional protections.
3. Third-Party Fulfillment
NAZBERG works with third-party manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners to source, process, and deliver certain products.
As a result:
- Products within the same order may ship separately.
- Products may originate from different fulfillment locations.
- Packages may arrive on different dates.
- Packaging may vary.
- Tracking information may be provided by different carriers.
- Return instructions and return destinations may differ by product.
Customers should not return merchandise to an address appearing on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so by NAZBERG.
All return requests must follow our published Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, typographical, technical, promotional, or listing errors.
If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected order where permitted by applicable law.
A displayed price does not require us to fulfill an order where the price was clearly erroneous and applicable law permits cancellation.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to reject, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraud
- Suspected unauthorized transactions

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no goods are being supplied, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Orders may be subject to fraud-prevention and payment-verification procedures.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
7. Fraudulent Transactions and Chargebacks
Customers should contact NAZBERG first if there is a legitimate problem with an order so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, duplicative, or inconsistent with the transaction history.
When responding to a payment dispute, we may provide the applicable payment processor, bank, card network, or other authorized dispute-resolution provider with relevant transaction records, including order information, communications, tracking information, delivery confirmation, refund records, and other evidence reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, subject to applicable privacy laws.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.
8. Order Cancellations
Customers should contact nyil.businesses@gmail.com as quickly as possible to request cancellation.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before processing or fulfillment begins.
However, because orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
An order that has already shipped generally cannot be cancelled and must instead be handled under the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced products may have additional cancellation restrictions.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates displayed or communicated by NAZBERG are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- Severe weather
- Transportation disruptions
- Peak shopping periods
- Incorrect customer addresses
- Government restrictions
- International logistics disruptions
NAZBERG will provide reasonable assistance when a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged, or otherwise experiences a delivery problem.

10. Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipment has begun.
To the extent permitted by law, NAZBERG is not responsible for losses caused solely by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, missing items, and similar claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless a longer period is required by applicable law, customers should submit eligible return requests within 7 days after delivery in accordance with that policy.
Certain products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns because of hygiene, safety, customization, final-sale status, or other applicable restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
12. Refusal of Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without authorization or contrary to the return instructions provided by NAZBERG may be refused where permitted by law.
Receiving an unauthorized return does not automatically constitute acceptance of the return or entitlement to a refund.

13. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or similar government-imposed fees.

Customs processing can also cause delivery delays outside NAZBERG’s reasonable control.

Third-party trademarks, photographs, product information, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, suggestion, or other content to NAZBERG, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, malicious, or that violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
To the extent permitted by law, by voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant NAZBERG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting NAZBERG.

NAZBERG is not responsible for independent third-party websites that we do not own or control, subject to applicable law.
